Fees once paid are non-refundable, except under the conditions mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy.

Regular software updates and feature enhancements

Support does not cover third-party hardware or external system issues unless specifically agreed upon.

13. Third-Party Integrations

Our software may integrate with third-party applications such as payment gateways, SMS APIs, or analytics tools.
Thaliahub is not responsible for data breaches or malfunctions caused by such third-party services.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.

Thaliahub reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
